The Community Pledge goes above and beyond planning obligations, in fact it's an evolution of work we’ve been doing for many years within the communities in which we build, ensuring that we support the local areas and people who live there.

" The long-term support of the Cala community pledge has been invaluable. It has enabled a multitude of community focused projects to get off the ground, from  financial support for the Danderhall Gala Day, the supply of much needed  white goods to the Millerhill Community Hub, the donation of very welcome benches installed in Newton Village park, providing the Danderhall Senior Ladies football team with a new kit and training tops, and not forgetting the donation of 1,000 selection boxes for the kids Christmas Fayre".

" Cala's support of school extra-curricular activities, including educational programmes, such as Land to Life and Stay Safe, Stay Away are also very much appreciated by the Danderhall Primary School headteacher, his staff and parents."
