Edinburgh, Albert Dock
A gap in the dockside of a thriving cosmopolitan area of Edinburgh was falling into disrepair.
Cala Homes (East) saw an opportunity to provide a low density development that paid homage to the industrial characteristics of the surrounding historic buildings.
Due to the proximity of the development to the dock waters, Albert Dock presented a number of key challenges.
To date, Albert Dock is one of Cala’s most successful developments, having received a number of industry recognised awards.
