As part of Cala’s Showhome of Support initiative, we have teamed up with local suppliers to bring unique pieces into the home, adding a personal touch of Sussex to our interiors. The initiative highlights the creativity and talent within the community, with each item signposted to give the independent businesses a platform to reach both residents and prospective buyers.

The Rowan showhome is filled with a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the Pier Fizz Candle by Horry & Simpson, which blends sparkling wine accords with cranberry and floral notes; and the Chamomile, Lavender & Vanilla Natural Whipped Body Butter from Brighton Rock Workshop, a luxurious vegan-friendly product designed for ultimate relaxation. A Charcoal Palm Free Soap from Heyland and Whittle adds a natural finishing touch to the home’s calming selection of scents.

Local artistry is showcased throughout the interiors, including the Medium Shapely Vase by KP Studio, handmade with flowing lines and earthy tones, and the Dova Vase by Atelier Stella Ceramics, a creamy white stoneware piece adorned with flowers. Visitors will also find a striking limited-edition print, Flying Crows at the Viaduct by Ash Leaf Printmaking, which captures the character of the Sussex landscape.

The kitchen brings together some of the region’s finest flavours, from the refreshing ‘Growler’ Pale Ale by Hairy Dog Brewery and Fitzrovia Rosé Wine by Ridgeview, to indulgent treats such as luxury hot chocolate by J Cocoa. Completing the experience is a beautifully handcrafted charcuterie board from South Coast Woodcrafts, which is the perfect centrepiece for enjoying local produce.
