We want to spotlight Surrey's local businesses in our showhome. We aim to bring a real unique flavour of what this town and county has to offer.

Here at Arabella Park, we are proud to help and support the local community.
We are committed to bringing added value and meaningful benefit to the communities in which we build, not just through the homes we create, but by investing and enhancing in the very essence of what brings a local community together. Our pledges bring together a host of bespoke measures for each local community including activities, donations, initiatives, volunteering drives and much more.
Cala’s interior design team have selected 10 local businesses to inspire our latest showhomes. From artists to photographers, framers to florists, our Showhome of Support initiative allow us to support local, and showcase wonderful local businesses to visitors and homeowners alike.
Toy Hub is a charity that provides support to families with quality, ready to wrap toys and gifts at Christmas, helping to spread festive cheer to those who need it. Partnering with Toy Hub for the second year running, 9 volunteers from Cala took part in a volunteering day this month, helping to pack the toys and gifts for children in need. As well as making a donations to the charity over the last two years, which will pay for toothbrushes and tubes of toothpaste, the Cala team also donated boxes filled with brand new toys and gifts, helping to ensure no child goes without this Christmas.
Cala Homes Chiltern visited Stoke Mandeville Combined school to talk to children about the homebuilding industry and educate them about the dangers of playing in and around construction sites. The pupils enjoyed an interactive session that covered the history of building houses and the variety of career opportunities within the industry. There was also a stark warning about the dangers of entering construction areas unsupervised.
