Samuel Shooter joined Cala in 2021 as a HR Graduate in Cala’s Central Management team.
Our Graduate Development Programme provides the opportunity to join the business on a permanent contract, with the additional benefit of a development route through your first two years at Cala.
You will be part of a cohort of Graduates from across the UK, undertaking a variety of roles, giving you a network of peers from day one.
As part of the programme, you will undertake two short rotations other departments in the business, giving you the opportunity to network, gain a broader understanding of our operations and develop skills that will be beneficial to your role.
In addition to the rotations, you will take part in several development modules, designed to support your personal development in the early part of your career.
Following the completion of the programme, Cala offer a range of further development opportunities to ensure your long-term progression and development.
