Our Degree Apprenticeships/Graduate Apprenticeships (Scotland) allow you to study towards a high-level qualification whilst getting real life experience. You will study towards a recognised degree qualification which directly relates to the work-based learning that you will be carrying out.
You will have a full-time contract with Cala and attract all employee benefits such as paid holiday, health care and our ULEV car scheme. You will continue your employment with Cala on completion of your degree.
As an example, you could study towards achieving a BSc (Hons) Construction and the Built Environment apprenticeship 1 day per week at a local university, whilst continuing to be a key member of the Cala team. Attendance at University classes is mandatory either online or in person and will be treated in the same way as any other working day.
Alongside studying for your degree, you will gain experience working with a major UK housebuilder and leading provider of desirable homes. You will receive on the job training and be given learning opportunities to develop your core skills and help set you up for success.
In addition, you will also have a dedicated mentor and support from the wider business and peers.
